Six Feet of Bubble Gum

Remember that commercial? That was way back. Believe it or not, I found an old Bubble Tape dispenser in a box of toys. That's not surprising, being that I am a hoarder after all. It brought back alot of memories. Or maybe I'm just really nostalgic. So I wanted to do a painting of it. And here it is! In progress....

Malfunction Intervention

Finally got this painting finished! For it's size, it's one of the most detailed ones that I've done,
considering it's so tiny. It's about 7.3 x 5 inches. I'm happy with how it turned out. It's called
Malfunction Intervention. Those are robots from Star Wars, with the C-3PO carrying case as a
backdrop!

Malfunction Intervention in Progress

Working on a new painting! This one is still in progress. I started off with an acrylic underpainting and have applied one or two layers of oil on top. I christen this painting: Malfunction Intervention. Haha! I've been watching too much Intervention on A&E. These are the robots from Star Wars. They are as follows: 21-B, R2-D2, IG-88, and 4-LOM.

Just finished a Transformers painting on paper! This one is called Optimus Prime after a classic figure from 1984 done for a friend's birthday. This figure is about as cool as they get. Because trust me, I looked around Wally World hoping I would find something similar to this to no avail. Normally, I try to work exclusively from my own photographs, but because this figure was a little difficult to track down I had to work from a photograph from the internet.
