Hard to believe isn't? Most people are not aware that Hitler was an aspiring artist before his evil reign as the Fuhrer. His father greatly opposed his being an artist. He was also rejected by the art school twice. He did manage to support himself for several years selling his art. However, he was poor. And, it was in the soup kitchens that he began reading anti-Semitic literature. His paintings are still around today, but you probably won't be finding them hanging in the Louvre or the MOMA.
